Condition of items

Each product shows its condition:

• New — unused, in original packaging.
• Like New — opened or displayed, no visible wear.
• Good — light signs of handling or age; packaging may show wear.
• Fair — noticeable wear, described in the listing.

Vintage and Japan-sourced items may have Japanese-language packaging and age-related wear on boxes, described in the listing where it matters. Photos show the actual item unless we say otherwise.

Manufacturer warranties

Some items (for example figures or electronics) come with a manufacturer's warranty — where one applies, it's listed under Description on the product page. Manufacturer warranties for Japanese products may only be honoured in Japan.

If something's wrong

Items that arrive damaged, incorrect or significantly different from their description are dealt with case by case — contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. See the Returns Policy.

Clothing

Our apparel runs relaxed — check the Size Guide before ordering, as we don't accept returns for size. Follow the care instructions under Materials & care.

Licensing
