Who we are

This shop is run by [business name], [address in Japan], [company/registration number if any]. Contact us at [email] or via our contact form.

Orders and contract

You need a free account to buy. When you place an order you'll receive an order confirmation email; a contract is formed when we send it. All orders are subject to availability — if an item turns out to be unavailable or clearly mispriced, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you order — see Payment Methods. Your bank may convert the amount and charge a fee if your card is in another currency.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Japan by Japan Post and dispatch within the time shown on Shipping & Delivery. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the packed weight and destination. If shipping couldn't be calculated at checkout, or the post office charges more than the estimate, we'll send you a separate payment request and dispatch your order once it's paid. Import duties and taxes are the recipient's responsibility. Risk passes to you on delivery.

Returns and cancellations

All sales are final. We don't accept returns or exchanges, and orders can't be cancelled after dispatch. Damaged, incorrect or significantly misdescribed items are handled case by case under our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. This doesn't affect any statutory rights you have where you live.

Sourcing requests ("Want this?")

A request for a sold-out item is not an order. If we can source it we'll email you a price; a contract only exists once you accept and pay.

Auctions

The highest maximum bid when an auction ends wins, at one bid step above the next-highest. Winning bidders must pay within the time shown; otherwise we may offer the item to the next bidder. Bids can't be withdrawn. Shipping is quoted and paid separately.

Lucky Wheel live draws

A Lucky Wheel ticket is a purchase of access to a private live stream session. During the session, the featured item is given away free as a prize, by random draw, to one of that session's ticket holders. The ticket price is for access to the live stream; it is not a payment for the prize. One ticket per person per session. Tickets are non-refundable once the session has taken place. If a session is cancelled, ticket holders are refunded in full. Winners are contacted by email; we may disqualify tickets bought in breach of these terms or by automated means.

Accounts

Keep your login details secure; we may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse. Collector profiles are public unless you make yours private.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. We're not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable when the contract was made, or for delays caused by Japan Post or customs.

Intellectual property

Law

These terms are governed by the law of [Japan / England and Wales — to confirm].
